Born in: Madurai, India
Favorite Childhood Toy: Used to have a "DB Spectrum" (aka Atari)
that would connect to a TV. I used it to test my first few lines of "basic" programming.
Favorite Foods: Any food that is spicy - I mean, really spicy.
Favorite TV: Seinfeld
Favorite Book: Used to be 'Fountainhead' in undergrad school. Keeps changing.
Recently, 'Guns, Germs and Steel', a book that tries to explain the reasoning
behind differences in civilization between different cultures. A fascinating
book.
Nicknames: The real pronunciation of my name is not 'Muraaaali' but rather
'Murali'. So I guess 'Muraaaaaali' is a nickname. A recent nickname is "Moe",
which I am contemplating using as my real first name.
