Jones Lang LaSalle recently engaged The Environments Group to assist in a multi-phased plan to redevelop the building lobby and public spaces at 150 N. Michigan, formerly known as “The Stone Container” building. Today, the ownership of the building is embarking on a project to bring more prominence to the building entry and lobby.

Our team created three options for the lobby renovation responding to low, medium and high budget considerations. We collaborated with the property management team to refine the designs and co-presented the concepts to the building ownership team. Now, we are implementing the selected design and also addressing renovation of multi-tenant floors and other areas, including a concourse level.
