The Environments Group team created General Growth Properties'
first Learning Mall, a dynamic, flexible space for GGP
to host client meetings.
The space enables GGP to view remote
sites with clients with such tools as virtual tours
and video conferencing. Smaller breakout spaces enable
meetings for private negotiations and leases reviews
on-site. The café, overlooking the river with a full-service
kitchen, is a great space for clients and can also be
used for social events, internal meetings and executive
luncheons.
A warm, retail atmosphere is achieved
with exceptional lighting and finishes integral to the
solution. The Learning Mall enables GGP to simulate
the types of spaces that its clients are seeking to
lease and achieve the cost savings by eliminating the
need to travel to each available space.
