This healthcare communication agency, whose client base focuses on pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and new technology, needed a space that would reflect the progressive nature of their business. Their relocation space posed several challenges: a typical rectangular floor plate, large column enclosures, and densely packed workstations which created long "bowling alley" corridors. They also wanted to leave behind their "mom and pop" image yet maintain a friendly and open atmosphere. We created flow and visual movement by incorporating bold ceiling elements and vibrant architectural backdrops. The clean and timeless design uses color to create "neighborhoods" to differentiate public and private work areas. Floor to ceiling pin-up space was interspersed throughout the space for presentations and design reviews. A cafe serves as a lunch break area as well as informal meetings throughout the day. Their dynamic, comfortable new space makes visitors feel at home and helps employees stay energetic and inspired.
