Morgan Lewis recently opened a Chicago office. By leasing a high quality space, previously occupied by another firm, Morgan Lewis initially opened the Chicago practice by utilizing all existing built conditions. Shortly after initial occupancy, rapid attorney growth forced the need for more space. An additional floor was taken at 77 West Wacker Drive. The space had some perimeter offices that were salvaged, but a new reception area and conference center were created, all new finishes and furnishings were installed and an attorney restack was completed within six months.
