We worked with Querrey & Harrow to produce test fits in several potential buildings.

When the final building selection was made, our team created a design solution that would accommodate 100 percent reuse of furniture. To make this possible, the team had to balance each group's programmatic requirements with existing elements.

The team managed this project cost-effectively with strategic uses of upgraded finishes in client conference areas and a straightforward design in general office spaces.
