The Environments Group has provided ongoing national design and consulting services to The PrivateBank and Trust Company since 2004. In all locations, PrivateBank wants to create consistently branded spaces that reflect their culture and their market image: smart and sophisticated, but warm and inviting.

Their 80,000sf headquarters is located in the heart of Chicago's financial district and includes a dramatic two-story central banking hall with a sculptural stair. Other specialty spaces include sit-down stations for tellers and platform bankers, an executive suite that includes a board room, a conference center, and three client lounge -- parlor-like settings for more personal and informal meetings. The Modern architectural vocabulary references the context of the building, and employs beautiful millwork, rich natural materials, warm colors, and comfortable furnishings to create an inviting environment that reinforces the Bank's customer service mission.
